About Us
Getting to know our church family
Our Story
Grays United Reformed Church has been a cornerstone of the Grays community for many years, serving as a beacon of faith, hope, and love in our local area. Situated on Bradleigh Avenue, we are part of the United Reformed Church — a denomination born from the union of the Congregational Church in England and Wales and the Presbyterian Church of England in 1972.
Our church is a place where people of all ages and backgrounds come together to worship God, grow in faith, and support one another. We believe in creating a warm, inclusive environment where everyone feels welcome and valued.
What We Believe
As a United Reformed Church, we are part of the wider Reformed tradition of Christianity. We believe in the grace of God, the love of Jesus Christ, and the fellowship of the Holy Spirit.
We value Scripture, the sacraments of Baptism and Holy Communion, and the importance of each person's unique relationship with God. We are committed to inclusivity, justice, and serving our wider community.
